Freelance designer & art director
Remotely across Australia and Denmark

Design and development services for a wide range of international clients, from Canada to Singapore, in a range of industries including culture, insurance, food and wellness.

  • Sample Project: I created cohesive packaging design for a health food brand in Singapore, providing them with packaging for 12 organic food products, so that they could be sold in store.

Other experiences & achievements

In addition to my creative work, I am also a certified Craniosacral & Complementary therapist (my official diompla is called: Komplementär-Therapeutin mit Branchenzertifikat OdA KT, Craniosacral Therapeutin). I completed this 3,5 year education in Switzerland in 2023. This education included 500+ hours of medicinal studies and exams, innumerable hours of Craniosacral bodywork plus many hours of communications, psychology and resource-based coaching techniques.

I ran my own practice, part-time, as a Craniosacral Therapist in Aarau (CH) 2021May 2024. Here I supported clients with everything from depression and chronic pain to tinnitus and sports injury recovery. Clients were referred to me by psychologists, dentists and doctors.

This training and experience has provided me with outstanding strengths in communication, empathy the ability to guide people through difficult topics in conversation - as well as to guide them in setting meaningful goals and taking practical, actionable steps to achieve them.

  • Craniosacral therapy is an incredibly gentle, holistic type of body work, which supports the body in activating and supporting self regulation. It combines scientifically, and anatomically founded body work as well as work with internal processes.
You work with the whole body (muscles, fascia, bones etc.), but come into specific and close contact with the central nervous system (aka our motherboard) and the craniosacral system which comprises the skull, spinal cord, the meninges, spinal cord membranes and the Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (the stuff our brain floats around in that protects, nourishes and organically moves our nervous system).
